What are you doing that is different from your competitors?

In any given sector, most of the providers appear to be clones of each other.

What is the big difference between your enterprise and other suppliers?

If I asked your customers why they buy from you, what would they say?

If the answer is great service, price and quality, can your competitors say the same thing?

Being seen as the same as others, or even a little bit better, does not bode well.

There must be at least one and ideally two or three factors that make you stand out from the crowd.

I wonder what they are?
